Tara has in excess of 35+ In Group/Show awards at both Championship & Open Show level.
Tara qualified for the S.A. Battle of The Champions at just 17mths of age and is believed to be the FIRST Golden Retriever bitch to do so.

Tara has more than fulfilled our dreams! She loves the show ring and being the centre of attention. She is a very popular Junior Handler dog. At the 2003 Adelaide Royal, she was a 'swap dog' for the State Finals and with her young handler finished 2nd in the Junior age group. At the Adelaide Hills Kennel Club on the 30th January 2005 Tara & Kari Harding competed in the James Camac Shield Final and were 1st in the Seniors and R/U in the Final. Kari & Tara competed in the State final at the 2005 Adelaide Royal Show with Kari going through to the second round and finishing 2nd in the Seniors!!

After receiving 8 reserve challenges as a puppy, Tara gained her first CC at just 13mths and quickly finished her title at 15mths. At the young age of 17mths Tara went Best In Group and R/U Best In Show at an All Breeds Championship Show. She has been a consistent winner and currently has 996pts!!!!!!!
Tara took a 6mth break from the show ring late 2006 for her first litter, sired by Ch Fernfall Sea Legend. Her son Murray (Savaneta Fire Within) and daughter Spice (Aust Ch Savaneta Fire N Spice) are already following in her successful pawprints!!
